August 2026 — Independent Italian artist Fra announces the upcoming release of Exsurgit Magica Atlantis, a new Italodance single inspired by one of the world's most enduring legends: Atlantis.
Set at 142 BPM, the track combines the energetic foundations of Italodance with an unusual vocal concept: pseudo-Latin lyrics inspired by the sound, rhythm and imagery of the ancient world.
Rather than attempting to recreate classical Latin, Exsurgit Magica Atlantis uses an ancient-language aesthetic as part of its musical identity. The words become another instrument — designed to create a sense of mystery, grandeur and discovery while remaining immediately connected to the melodic, uplifting character of dance music.

The production is built around a driving dance foundation, characteristic bass energy, melodic synths and an anthem-oriented structure designed to gradually build tension before revealing its central hook.
The result is a meeting point between European dance culture and an imagined ancient world — a track intended to feel familiar in its energy, yet unexpected in its language and concept.
“I wanted to create something that felt immediately like dance music, but had its own world,” says Fra. “The idea was to take the energy of Italodance and place it somewhere completely different. Atlantis gave me that world, and pseudo-Latin became part of its voice.”
The track's title, Exsurgit Magica Atlantis, reflects that concept: a lost civilization imagined not as something frozen in the past, but as something rising again through music.
