let's talk about AI music

In recent years, the rise of AI music has entered an explosive state, and AI music has completely solved the headache of arranging and mixing, allowing people to enter a music space with unlimited creation. I've also used AI to create a lot of Italodance, which are all styles from all eras and have never been heard before. I believe that AI can keep Italo Dance alive!

Yeah i've been playing with it quite alot. Unfortunately, the quality isn't really there. Suno really sucks at it, the vocals are always very airy and the productions are very "safe" while using pretty much always the same instruments.
Udio has been quite surprising, at least V1. But again, the final quality is quite bad... It's been usefull in some cases where I needed vocals and Udio came up with interesting results that are somewhat usable once you EQ the shit out of it.

For now I feel it's been great to get some extras idea, but we'll need another year or so for them to spill out everything we want in decent quality.

Suno is really a terrible piece of software and I gave it up. I think UDIO is the best software out there, and it has a lot of instruments, and if you try the same song several times, it will always produce unexpected melodies. I also spent a lot of time researching udio, and the application of tags allows us to find all kinds of vocals, which is so interesting!

As a listener (I'm not a producer) I think it's great that people without access to vocals can actually get some added into their productions using these tools. It opens the door to more creativity and most tracks just sound better with some vocal parts. Before the AI tools you would have to sample or remix which meant a lot of producers ended up remixing the same tracks where remix kits were available, so I welcome this development.

Yes. In my opinion, with AI tools, any listener can become a producer, and they can realize that they can listen to whatever kind of songs they want. Now we don't have to wait for any artist's song anymore!

The AI tool is quite amazingly creative, I use the move your body lyrics to create a brand new song, the AI can always cleverly adapt the melody to the lyrics, what used to take days to solve, now it only takes a few minutes to do!

Yeah this link you just posted is a solid example, it just sounds very clean. I mean...not clear as day, but basically sounds like a vinyl rip from 25 years ago which is quite cool if you're chasing that "gritty' sound. I managed to do really close copy of vocals from Jeffrey Jey or Roby Santini with some extra tools. Quite a time to be alive!

It's great that you can replicate Jeffrey Jey's voice, and it's wonderful to create songs with his infectious and highly recognizable voice。

That's not quite what I meant. My point was, if you are producer without access to vocals, if you don't know any singer, this is a great alternative to still get some vocals on your tracks.
