Ciao a tutti Ragazzi !! Hi Everybody! MOViMENTOLENO Volume 7 is at work ...some advise: BPM recommended 110. we ask for original melodies and sound. even different styles (Ethno style & new Afro ) and less commercial, we got to make the noise but also the difference! . send your demo in mp3 format to: [email protected] good work to all

I've made a track in 110 BPM. But I'm not sure it's good enough.

Anyway... Why 110 BPM? Does it really matter?? Why not lower?? It's called "LENTO Violento"

Prioli has started to like Afro style.
I think he asks for Afro productions now to increase popularity and sale.
Acceptable for me if Movimentolento doesn't change style completely Smile
Afro is normally around 110-115 bpm, that's why he says 110 bpm.

The Afro music is quite broad, with a lot of songs sounding a lot like lento violento.
The Afro dj's have also started to use a lot of real lento violento in their sets.
Some of the great Afro dj's/producers is Fabrizion Fattori and Stefan Egger.

Here is some examples of Afro (at least songs that sound like lento).

Here in the beginning of the last one you can hear Children of Ivalice (Which has become EXTEMELY popular in this environment) and later SIENTO! Laughing out loud

The style is a little too soft for the movimentolento compilations in my opinion but with some power in the bass the style would be perfect i think.
