Salvatore Tornitore and Salvatore De Rubis are the human names behind DJ Torny and DJ Seleco. They are some of the most upfront and active italodance producers and promoters in Italy these days both doing single releases, remixes, collaborations and helping other producers out. Besides producing they also run their own dance forum Italo Dance Forever Forum (IDF) together with Aelish, DJ Seleco’s girlfriend, and DJ Fole and if that doesn’t looks dedicated to you DJ Seleco also runs one of the most active italodance labels in Italy named Italo Rumble Digital located in Rome.

Sei Giá Mia was conceived last year and has...

Andrea Zingone known as the man behind Hoxygen, now a house project, has released his first album under the The Arcane Charmers alias, his italodance alias. Just entitled “Arcane” it is actually the third album from Zingone although the first used the Hoxygen alias, even so all three are the typical harder italodance style which we are pretty familiar with by now. Being one of the most active producers in 2012 one can only say that ending the year by releasing this album indeed seems fitting.

The album includes 16 tracks some of them completely new and some of them released before on singles and compilations, you can certainly say...

This compilation was created by the members of the Slowstyle.it forum, who create ‘music for passion and not for profession’. Proceeds from the sale are mainly being used to cover the costs of running and improving the functionality of the forum. The request for demo tracks came October 21, 2011 and selection was closed March 19, 2012. It was then up to the Slowstyle staff, Dean DJ, DJ Fole, Vindes, Lybra Terence, Silvio Fei (The Melody Guy), Gfx909, and Angelo Ciaravola from A.C. Records to sort through about 40 submissions and select the best ones. 17 tracks made the cut, in a large variety of styles, from 80 to 115 bpm, to round out 80 minutes of pure lento bliss. After an...

The trio Gigi D'Agostino, DJ Maxwell and Luca Noise have been quite busy lately, first a third album from Luca Noise in February, a second album DJ Maxwell same month and soon to come a new album from Gigi. Already a fourth album of Luca Martire better known as Luca Noise, is out. Wygo the mixes 01 is the name of the album, perhaps indicating a new series with more volumes to come, I hope so at least.

The album consists of a single unmixed CD with 17 songs generally a little longer than previous Luca Noise albums, with a duration between 3 and 5 minutes, much appreciated.

Involved in this album are artists such as producer and singer...

Andrea Zingone is the human name behind the italodance project Hoxygen. He started his musical career in 2009 with the release of debut album Just For You on fluida records but changed label shortly after. Just For You was a messy mix of different styles where no tracks really stood out, but with recent singles such as La Musique Parfait and La Chanson Fatal, Hoxygen has shown his true quality. His new album is simply called The Album, although it might not be the most inventive title it somehow still makes a lot of sense.

Hoxygen's style lies in the hard end of the italodance spectrum, his style is a mix between Hard Dance...
